Does Tourneytopia use participant information for marketing purposes?
No, our policy is that participant information is owned by our customers. Our customers are the contest managers. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
What emails does Tourneytopia send to participants?
We only send two automated emails to participants. The first is a confirmation email after participant submits an entry. The second is a standings update notification email that is sent after each round is complete. Both emails are customizeable by contest managers using our content management features. All other communications are handled by our contest managers. Please review the bracketology contest lifecycle page for marketing and communication best practices.
